Modus Design Group provides full architectural services for single-family residences, including feasibility studies, design concepts, drawing development, specifications, packages for governing submission, construction documentation, and observation/administration services during construction. Our emphasis is on delivering great design through sound standards of practice with strong communication amongst the entire team.

Modus also specializes in the role of Architect of Record and are proud to provide local expertise and support for firms located outside of the Greater Los Angeles area or those designers requiring a partner for architectural services.
